Terms of Service

The rules for using XtreamUK software, plans, device access and customer support.

About these terms

These terms govern access to the XtreamUK software platform and website. Before commercial launch, replace the company-detail markers and obtain UK legal review based on the actual product, checkout, cancellation and support model.

The service

XtreamUK provides software features for device pairing, account management, guides and connections to services the customer is authorised to use. XtreamUK does not host, rebroadcast or sell third-party television channels, films or sports packages.

Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and keep account contact details current. You are responsible for activity on paired devices unless you promptly report unauthorised access.

Responsible use

You must not use the service to access unauthorised content, evade provider protections, distribute credentials, interfere with the platform, test security without permission or violate applicable law or third-party rights.

Plans, prices and renewals

The checkout must display the total price, billing cycle, renewal behaviour, minimum commitment and cancellation route before an order is placed. Recurring plans should renew only on the basis clearly accepted at checkout. A “lifetime” licence must be defined precisely and must never imply permanent access to third-party content.

Digital access and cancellation

Rights relating to cancellation and digital services depend on how the contract is formed and when supply begins. The live checkout must collect any legally required acknowledgement or consent and explain the effect on cancellation rights in plain language.

Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but may perform maintenance, fix security issues or change features. Material plan changes should be communicated appropriately. Third-party service availability remains outside XtreamUK’s control.

Intellectual property

XtreamUK software, branding, interface and original documentation are protected by intellectual-property rights. A plan grants a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service according to these terms.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or certain statutory consumer rights. Any permitted limits must be reviewed for fairness and matched to the actual service.

Complaints and governing law

Contact support with a clear description of the issue. These terms are intended for UK consumers and should specify the correct governing law and courts based on the company’s establishment and customer location before launch.
